CLSU-LEADS Program Overview
The University Extension Center (UEC) implements integrated extension programs designed to advance inclusive development, accelerate technology adoption, strengthen community capacities, and improve the overall quality of life of farming, fishing, and rural communities. These programs serve as strategic platforms for translating CLSU-generated research and innovations into practical, community-level solutions. Anchored on participatory, inclusive, and sustainability-oriented approaches, the programs collectively address livelihood enhancement, technology dissemination, policy advocacy, food and nutrition security, knowledge access, lifelong learning, governance and rural/community development.
